An Examination is a sine qua non for any educational institution to assess the extent of students’ learning. The Ri Bhoi College Examination Committee is entrusted with powers and responsibilities of making policy decisions and discharging all exam-related matters particularly ensuring the quality of both the Internal and External Examinations. The Committee ensures the compliance of the following measures:
1. Addressing all exams related matters.
2. Timely display of exam notices before the commencement of exams.
3. Display of notice to faculty members for submission of question paper well in advance before commencement of Internal Examination.
4. Preparation of Invigilation list, seating arrangement and routine for Internal Examination.
5. Preparation of Invigilation list and seating arrangement for External Examination.
6. Holding pre-exam meetings with the Heads of Departments for discussion of the evaluation process.
7. Ensuring the timely completion of the Evaluation process.
8. Submission of Internal marks to the University.
9. Solving the examination- related grievances.
10. Appropriate maintenance of examination records.
