The Staff Welfare Committee looks after the welfare and benefit of both teaching staff and non-teaching staff of the college. It addresses the issues and challenges faced by the staff and seeks to level out the matter. Furthermore, it is concerned with inculcating a harmonious relationship among staff as well as between the management and the staff of the College.
