Ri Bhoi College has set up the Women's Cell for the welfare of female students and the main objective of the cell is to create awareness among the students in matters relating to the social, legal, and constitutional rights of women, especially with regards to sexual harassment and for the prevention of exploitation based on gender. Many grievances raised by women on campus are addressed from time to time. Activities such as awareness programs, especially on International Women's Day, are conducted every year, where resource persons from relevant areas are invited. Besides other programs like poster campaigns, slogan writing, etc. were being held. At present the cell consists of E. Pasweth as the coordinator and D. Shabong as a member.
